4.5 out of 5 stars.

As many of you know, I have the honor to serve as the editor for most of these comics, and I also like to try and write and extra-long review of each one. I'm hoping this can serve as a starting point for further spoiler-heavy discussions. The rest of this review is has MANY SPOILERS. You have been warned.

TLDR this is probably the best “universe building” comic E has ever made. If you like the comics that focus less on character and plot, and focus instead of showcasing imaginative ways to use and abuse slavegirls… this is about as good as it gets.

THE GOOD.

There is so much good in this comic. E has almost become a victim of their own success. We have grown used to these comics getting better and better. SlaveFair 3 is better than SlaveFair 2, which was better than SlaveFair one. The comics have been improving for so long that we’ve kind of internalized the idea that they always just keep getting better. But it’s worth taking a moment to appreciate what an accomplishment that is. That kind of continuous improvement doesn’t just happen on it’s own. It takes effort and practice and an accumulation of years of knowledge about how to make these comics. E has racked up so many wins that it’s hard to even keep track of them.

So what specifically did I like?

My favorite part was the male-superiority cult. I frickin loooooooooove when E mixes erotic philosophy seamless into a sexy scene. The cult reminds me a lot of Jeff’s mom. I get insanely turned on by examining the thought processes in this slave-based society. I hope we see a lot more of both Jeff’s mom and the cult in future comics. I feel like both of those ideas could be an entire comic on their own.

Can’t you picture it? We get to see a comic that’s a day in the life at college, including one or 2 of Jeff’s mom’s lectures. And we get to see a comic that’s a day in the life of the cult, including some of mother inferior’s lectures. Then in a 3rd comic, Jeff’s mom and mother inferior could have some kind of big public debate “leaders from the scientific and religious community debate whether the existence of god is necessary to prove female inferiority.” ...or something. Some kind of big debate between religious and scientific types, like we often see in our society.

Anyways… I am drifting of subject, but the cult really set my imagination going.

As a big fan of Maggie and Peter’s relationship, I was obviously relieved to see Maggie alive and well at the end of the comic. Although there is clearly a lot left unresolved from the end of BG 11, so we have more story to look forward to. The trick to story telling is that if characters ever fully “live happily ever after” the story becomes less interesting. So I think there are still some ups and downs left in store for us in Maggie and Peter’s relationship, but so long as they are alive and together, I feel confident they can handle whatever life throws at them (although the final decision is always in E’s hands, lol).

I also loved the way the fluffer was loaded into the tube and dropped away to have some mysterious modifications done to her body. The utter powerlessness of that former rebel, powerless to even decide what her body would look like, was great. And it was great story telling by making the audience wonder what she would look like when we finally saw her. I was maybe a little disappointed when we finally did see her though. I was expecting some more extreme modifications.

I also want to take a minute and talk about the art. It’s hard for me to even notice the art because I tend to focus on the IDEAS in a story; the art just slides past me, unless I force myself to look at it. But the art is really good. The facial expressions and body language continue to convey emotions in a way that really brings these comics to life and sets E apart from most other comics. I also think it’s worth pointing out that E is constantly experimenting with the shapes of the panels and the angle of the “camera.”

I also want to compliment all the Easter eggs. There were tons, but my favorite one of those was that we got to see Triona’s “Bad Lieutenant” comics for sale inside the Erenischverse. I’ve always said those comics don’t get enough love; so if you haven’t read them, check them out. (of course I helped make them, so I am rather biased).

I also liked that chastity belts are becoming common, as the only way to protect girls from the big bad men all around them. I always thought chastity belts were hot, but their use in the Erenischverse seems to be more about protection than restriction. Which is interesting.

THE BAD

No comic is perfect, there is always room for improvement. But… I can’t find much to complain about in this one. I prefer the plot and character driven stories, but that’s just a matter of taste. This was a universe-building comic, it never set out to be plot or character driven. And it managed to sew a lot of seeds for future plots with recurring characters, for example: did anyone else notice that Lidia Cumgulper is beginning to question her orders? It looks like the conversation she had with that fluffer has planted some “funny ideas” in her brain. I am sure that will be very interesting to watch as it plays out.

So anyways, I always structure my reviews to include both “the good” and “the bad,” but I am struggling to come up with something to put in this section, but I honestly can’t find much. I think this comic holds up much better than even some of E’s other more recent comics. For example, I criticized “the dairy” for being a bit too wordy, I thought there was too much talking in that one, and it slowed the action. This one didn’t feel that way. The pace seemed about right, it kept moving and stayed interesting.

About the closest thing I can think of to a criticism was that the “adopt-a-coed” prices were really expensive. I kept thinking that it just didn’t seem realistic that anyone would pay the price of nearly an entire slave EVERY MONTH to have access to a free girl. But that’s a very small detail.

So… yeah. I can’t come up with anything else in the “bad” category, So I’ll just wrap up here.

Let the spoiler-heavy conversation begin!

Holy fuck, you just read my mind! Have I mentioned anything about this in a PM? I introduced this nun character exactly for this reason: To establish a religious alternative to Dr Matrychek's secular explanation. And now a televised debate idea sounds interesting too.

I figure that program counts as a chairity so you get a tax write off and you also don't have to pay any upkeep costs for the girl. ('food', doghouse, bondage gear, etc.) So it's not that bad financially and you can feel good about your helping out the less fortunate sluts in the world. 8-)

Also you get an extensive 'test drive' of your cunt before buying her...

I am incomprehensible in several languages

On Doctor White's point, It may well be a tax dodge but the money you would still have to pay for the stuff in order to use it on her. The question of what you get out of it is a valid one. You are paying a full month's wages for her upkeep and only get her at weekends?

The only clue I can find is where Tabitha speaks of "the full girlfriend experience". I assume that in a country where every man has a slave or access to them, the new fashion is to have "old style" girlfriends as that makes you stand out and be hip. The girl gets to be a kept woman but remain "free" whilst she attends college, you get to show off an eager bare-neck (girlfriend though closer to a gesiha or Ancient Greek Hetaira) and presumably first knock back on enslaving her at some point in the future. We saw from the Office and SiT 3 that slaves are seen as being "so last year"

Good review.

I think the adopt a coed price is normal. E answers your criticism in the comic. The girls aren't selling sex, they are selling a "girlfrend experience". I imagine having a free woman as your girlfriend is something unusual. It is a luxury item like a sports car instead of a small sedan.

I agree with the interest in the nuns. I think the latin messages on the nun shows that it is not the last time we see her. A dark comic waits for us. The nun segment also lets E do some social commentary and criticism. I think the "all holy men agree" speech is much more serious than one expects to see in a porn comic.

I agree with you about the result of the fluffer's modifications. After seeing the amputated girl in the bag I expected the fluffer turn into a limbless doll or something, but I guess that was too a cruel idea for E. I like the piercings and the tattoos anyway. I also like the the other girls waiting to be picked up. they had really really interesting piercings.

Nope! No PMs about this that I can recall. I guess I've just studied my subject well enough to guess what you may do next sometimes. I'm super happy to hear that I called it though. :-)

Anyways, if you'd told me something about a future comic in a PM, then I wouldn't have shared it on the forum. I try to keep my "privileged information" classified.

I loved the comic a lot but I have a few little complaints. I think the adopt a college student idea is good, but it doesn't go anywhere. I wanted to see more with the purple haired girl. And when Freddie comes back the girl was gone already.
Similarly I wanted to see more action in the house of whor-rors. The sharks and the fucktopus look very interesting but we see them in a single panel only.

More tentacles please :)

The best part is the cocksuckers cult and the nun's speech at the beginning is a great critic of world religions in a nutshell. I commend Erenisch for that piece of dialogue.

FINALLY got a chance to get it and read...another bar-setter for E!

What kinda struck me the most in a societal sense was the use if the word "sister" by one slave to another....Bouncie to Lydia, and Galina to Maggie....that and the fact that the term "bareneck" was first used by a slave (Sarah Boobydoll in "The Hotel") and now seems to have become general vernacular...

Granted, in The Hotel it was used as a negative term (by Holes as well), but now it appears to also carry a more general meaning...similar to slut and cunt.

What I see here is -- as time goes by from the Revolution -- slavery being more and more accepted as the norm...after all, we now have people of both genders who have known nothing else...another couple of generations and female freedom will become a thing of myth.

I think that's one reason why I write the way I do...a "kinder, gentler" slavery...no society can be harsh and cruel all the time...too much effort. Eventually there WILL be masters who use their slaves incessantly, but who don't feel the need to continually and violently remind their slaves of their respective positions.

Witness the Stevensons....Paul is a hard-assed right bastard.....Peter is no harsher with Maggie (now, compared to at first) than he needs to be...mostly because Maggie's utterly devoted to him.

Interesting how even this society changes over time.

I loved the Bunnyhops girls at the fair.

My question for E is will you do a Bunnyhop comic later? We often see these little hints in comics which then turn into full stories. May I suggest a plot: A talent agent sees Gwen with Peter, buys her for his movie production company. Gwen plays one of the bunnyhops in a live action movie and becomes a celebrity slave. This way she will fulfill the prophesy in Repurposed gym class and we finally have a standalone Gwen story for her fans like myself :)

I don't have a Bunnyhops comic planned, but goshdarnit you have a lucky hit here. Gwen will have a chance at fame in the future.

Not sure if this was already brought up, but is the reason that Maggie is wearing the blue outfit that covers her neck is because she has a hanging scar?

Similar to the character played by Clint Eastwood in "Hang 'Em High".

Just 2 thoughts on that;

Have Lea's titties gotten bigger since her stay at the stables? (Wonder if her nipples have been stretched a little by reins?)

And I hope Lea got to go to the Slave Fair in a 'horse float', rather than was made pull her little pony girl gig all the way from the stables.
Mind you there are times when it is quite fun to watch an 'animal' strain in the heat and feel the whip.

/quote]

In the comic Maggie says that she feels safe partly because she is in a full suit and chastity belt so the story reason is to protect her from rapey customers. concealing the scar can be achieved by a simple collar.

I think the real purpose was to conceal her identity and trick us to think that she was Lidia.
Lidia is in fact in the auction area distributing free pig cum.

By the by, Cumbunny is in a "bunny" costume. E gave us that little hint early in the story. :D
