Yea I just noticed that E has been doing all the edits.
I also totally dropped the ball on that one.

So, that was stellar. Some details I noticed that haven't been remarked upon:

- The drab palette in the office, and on the dudes. Erinischean office attire is extremely conservative, suits in neutral tones with dark black ties. As remarked upon in that earlier interview, E-verse men are meant to look anonymous and indistinguishable. Neat touch, says a lot about the society as a whole.
- The embarrassing, post-mortem boner on the late Mr. Potts as he's dragged out of the house. A masterpiece of comic timing.

It's a pity that stories like these are so labour-intensive, as the comics that focus on world-building are what get me to invest emotionally in the work. There's loads of porn out there, but few pornographers are interested in, or capable of telling a story with this sort of depth.

You might say he had a happy ending.

I don't know if penis exposure would even be a point of male insecurity for this world. It's out so damn much I don't know if people would think about it, pending some irregular cases.

I'd have to assume the new male insecurity there would be chest/stomach exposure, as most of the males seems to do that sex-through-the-zipper thing.

Has nothing to do with insecurities, just convenience. Otherwise a guy would undress 10 times a day...

I kinda like that idea. Insecurity is just another form of powerlessness, so it makes sense that in a world where men had power , they would no longer feel insecure about showing off their bodies.

Plus it gives more justification to the characters in my story who shove their cocks in girls faces and then tell the girls not to look at their cocks. Much the way a girl tells men not to look at her boobs in the real world.
:-)

Not enough has been said about how great this comic was yet. We need to talk about it some more!

How about the fact that its now a polite custom for women to offer lube to each other? Itslike the equivalent of giving some one some gum! I loved that detail.

I agree with that. Giggled a bit when the cab driver guessed Aiko was goibg to an interview and immediately offered her llube.

By the way, I can read the bramd name Cream or c-ream  but I can't read the text below. Maybe Erenisch can tell us what it says.

Another giggle comes where susie creamcheese says "are we skipping to the assrape, sir?"
Great lines there

Here's one. I just noticed that Trudy has the same "PS" symbol on her clothes that Carol has tatooed on her shoulder. Are those the only 2 girls he put that mark on?

Tawnie has it too, I guess it's a mark for his regular slaves as it's not on Molly or Sherry.

hmmm...interesting point. Why tattoo Tawnie and Carol, but not Molly and Sherry? I wonder if there is a reason for that.

The tattoos first appear in the Favorite so Paul had his two slaves tattooed but Molly was still his wife and didn't get tattooed...

That's the only distinction I could find.

(if Paul doesn't want to tattoo his wife that would explain why Sherry isn't marked)

I also want to praise E for the really superb backgrounds in the Office. I gave poor E some grief about the backgrounds in "the Bottom" this one was the polar opposite. So much was going on in every frame! From corporate art that looked vaguely vaginal, to the previously mentioned de-motivational posters, the background in this comic showed a truly impressive level of detail.

Agreed. The detail is very impressive.

Overall, the technique in this comic is the best yet in my opinion. It's witty and subtle and, of course, very hot.

Again, the picture of the society E.'s building becomes clearer as the contrasts become more stark. I don't think the spare style of The Bottom was wrong at all for the bleak class of characters involved, just as I feel the posh surroundings in The Hotel and The Society are right for the lucky few who claw their way up to the privileged class.

The more we see, the more we know and the more complex and interesting the meta-narrative becomes.
